AT4 wireless appointed as Technology Competence Center by the WiMAX Forum

Malaga, Spain -- AT4 wireless, the leading wireless certification and testing laboratory, and first Designated Certification Laboratory by the WiMAX Forum®, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed by the WiMAX Forum as its Technology Competence Centre for Testing and Certification.

Once achieved the initial objectives of being the Lead Laboratory along the latest four years, AT4 wireless starts its new role as the Technology Competence Centre for the WiMAX Forum. AT4 wireless services to be delivered under this new role are:
  • Initial training on the WiMAX Forum certification program to any new WiMAX Forum Designated Certification Laboratory (WFDCL).
  • Training and support to all the WFDCL and WiMAX Certification Bodies (WCB)
  • Updates and upgrades in any related documentation to WiMAX™ certification.
  • Support, maintenance and enhancements of the online software tools used to manage the certification program as WiMAXCert and CCR (Certification Change Request).

It represents a new step of the kind of excellence on testing and certification of wireless technologies that we have achieved along years of work and experience.
