LUBBOCK, TX AND PHOENIX, MD -- ALTIUS Communications is pleased to
announce that Xanadoo, LLC has completed phase one of its licensed back
haul network using equipment provided by ALTIUS.

“Providing a first class and dependable back haul network for our
pre-WiMAX equipment was always paramount in our overall strategy” said
Mark Pagon, Chairman and CEO of Xanadoo. “Xanadoo is about delivering a
new type of broadband service that offers a richer feature set and is
more affordable than DSL or cable modem service. For example, we provide
portable connectivity throughout our regional service areas with the
ease of a wireless desktop modem or laptop card. We realized early on
that to reach our customer service goals we needed to start with a
reliable connection to all of our WiMAX POP sites.”

Ceragon Networks and Dragonwave, Inc to provide 18 GHZ microwave radios
for over 20 locations across Texas.”

Xanadoo and allow future bandwidth upgrades via software downloads.
