Zigbee Signal Analysis

IEEE 802.16 BS + SS Signal Analyzer

IEEE 802.16-2004 standard released in June 2004 specifies the air
interface of fixed broadband wireless access systems The 802.16-2004
standard describes four different air interfaces. One of these interfaces is
optimized for non-line-of-sight, RF frequencies less than 11 GHz and
distances up to 30 km. Although the standard has officially named this
PHY layer as WirelessMAN-OFDM, many people refer to it as the WiMAX
air interface. WiMAX stands for Worldwide Interoperability for
Microwave Access.

IEEE 802.16 IQ Analyzer Overview

SeaMAX IQ Analyzer is IEEE 802.16-2004 standard specific measurement, testing and analysis tool for WiMAX Base Station (BS) and Subscriber station (SS) as per OFDM physical layer specifications. SeaMAX IQ Analyzer lets you set up the test bench for the complete analysis of BS and SS data in TDD and H-FDD mode.

SeaMAX IQ Analyzer offers an extensive range of preprogrammed offline analysis and measurement features. The import function loads the IQ signal files from standard file format (.txt) and lets you visualize and analyze the WiMAX transmitter parameters including effect of the RF impairments like fading channels, frequency offsets, IQ mismatch on the downloaded RF signal.

SeaMAX IQ Analyzer analyses Physical layer Header information and also important MAC related system parameters like DLMAP, ULMAP, UCD and DCD.

Measurements set include Power Spectrum, EVM, Constellation CCDF, I/Q Plot, Channel Response, spectral flatness with extensive graphical capabilities.

SeaMAX IQ Analyzer helps RF and Baseband engineers to analyze and troubleshoot WiMAX signals.
