Ice Qube, Inc offers an additional level of commitment to our cooling
systems. We have contracted with Siemens Building Technologies to
provide in-field service for our cooling systems.
This service applies to all Ice Qube cooling systems at no additional
charge during the warranty period.*
The field service will work in conjunction with our in-house technical
staff to provide a resolution to any questions or problems you may
encounter. The field service is for warranty work, and will be
available on a post warranty basis to help reduce down time. Unlike
competitors who typically remove the unit and take it off-site for
repairs, under this program repairs will be made on-site.
