Mesh Networking Solutions

The Wireless Mesh Router Solution

For instant deployment of wireless networks, wireless mesh routers are the best solution! You can easily connect your network to printers, PCs, servers, surveillance cameras, access points, the Internet and more —with no expensive surveying or wiring needed.

Firetide Mesh Networks Have Unique Advantages
  • Hotpoint routers eliminate costly backhaul wiring for access points and hotspots.
  • No special drivers, setup interfaces and configurations are needed to connect equipment to the Hotpoint router.
  • Firetide's system is fast, easy to set up and "self-healing:" HotPoint nodes automatically find each other to form the mesh network, and you can continue operations even if a node is taken offline or its radio transmission interrupted.
  • The Firetide system is highly redundant and secure.
  • Firetide is the first company with outdoor AND indoor mesh networking solutions for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation.

BelAir Networks BA100-11 Chassis with LPM. One 802.11b/g radio (2.4GHz). One 802.11a radio (4.9/5.8GHz). No antennas, Integrated AC power. Single Ethernet LIM port.

Outdoor Mesh Routers

HotPort 3200 Outdoor Mesh Series
HotPort 3200 series outdoor mesh nodes have weatherproof NEMA 4X enclosures and connect wirelessly to indoor and outdoor HotPort nodes to form a high performance wireless mesh network for video, voice and data. HotPort outdoor nodes feature a built-in dual port 10/100 Ethernet switch, a high speed dual spectrum radio, omni-directional antennas (for staging purposes), and support 802.3af Power over Ethernet. They can operate at 2.4 GHz for maximum range and penetration or at 5 GHz for minimal interference from 2.4 GHz devices. A removable sunshield and mounting bracket are included.

Indoor Mesh Routers

HotPort 3100 Series
HotPort 3100 series indoor mesh nodes connect wirelessly to other HotPort nodes to form a high performance wireless mesh network for video, voice and data. These plenum-rated units feature a dual spectrum radio than can operate at 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, a built-in four port 10/100 Ethernet switch, and two dual spectrum omni-directional antennas.

HotPort 3101
HotPort 3101 indoor mesh nodes connect wirelessly to other HotPort nodes forming a wireless mesh network. They provide 10 Mbps throughput making them ideal for high-speed Wi-Fi HotZones. Features include dual spectrum radios operating at 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, a four port 10/100 Ethernet switch, and two omni-directional antennas.

HotPort 3103
HotPort 3103 indoor mesh nodes connect wirelessly to other HotPort nodes forming a wireless mesh network. 25 Mbps throughput enables triple play networks carrying video, voice and data. Features include dual spectrum radios operating at 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, a four port 10/100 Ethernet switch, and two omni-directional antennas.
