You can earn rebates for your
customer’s by following these simple steps:
- Notify your customers and prospects
about Proxim’s offer – a great opportunity to upgrade existing Point
to Point networks.
- Make the sale.
- To submit rebate claim, go to
http://www.proxim.com/tech_migration_form and fill out the online
claim form. The value of rebate will be found in the Trade-up Matrix
below.
- VAR must take possession of the
trade-in product, and dispose of it. Important note: Destruction and
disposition of trade-in product must be in accordance with all
applicable national & local laws.
- VAR downloads, completes and signs
the “Certificate of Destruction” form found at
http://www.proxim.com/tech_migration_form, certifying that the
trade-in has been disposed of in accordance with these guidelines.
- Fax signed
“Certificate of Destruction” to Proxim at 1.408.548.3804 or scan the
signed copy and email to tmp@proxim.com.
- Claim is
audited and rebate check is mailed to the contact address provided
on the rebate claim form.
