Attrix Technology joins Redline’s global network of Value Added Distributors as the first to distribute RedMAX™ products in the Asia Pacific region

SINGAPORE -- Redline Communications, a leading provider of standards-based wireless broadband equipment, and Attrix Technology, a specialist distributor of ‘best-of-breed’ converged communications products in Asia Pacific, today announced the signing of a Redline Value Added Distributor agreement, making Attrix the first company in the region to distribute RedMAX™, Redline’s WiMAX Forum Certified™ family of products.

“With this agreement, Redline and Attrix will become the premier providers of WiMAX technologies in South East Asia,” said Majed Sifri, President and CEO, Redline Communications. “Attrix’s considerable regional expertise in delivering complete end-to-end services, from sales to technical support, training to logistics management, gives operators the ability to quickly leverage Redline’s solutions for rapid market growth and return on their investment. Redline’s WiMAX-certified RedMAX family of products provide operators with a proven combination of value, reliability, management and security.”

The recent frequency band approval in many parts of South East Asia will help to accelerate the growth of broadband networks throughout the region by enabling operators to deploy the most advanced wireless broadband technologies available. Attrix’s established reputation throughout the region provides the distribution platform needed for both parties to bring the comprehensive suite of products and services operators need to quickly capitalize on today’s tremendous WiMAX opportunities.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Redline,” said Lee Chee Leong, General Manager, Attrix Technology. “Redline’s technology leadership and proven WiMAX-certified solutions significantly strengthen our ability to deliver the most comprehensive suite of products and services to our growing list of operator customers. We are helping operators deploy the world’s most advanced WiMAX broadband networks to deliver the feature-rich, high revenue applications and services their customers demand.”

This Value-Added Distributor agreement will allow Attrix Technology and its customers to benefit from Redline’s RedPATH architecture roadmap, which enables carriers to generate revenue from WiMAX solutions today with the assurance they can quickly introduce new portable applications, and evolve with the WiMAX ecosystem as the standards, services and products evolve.

Redline will features its RedMAX products at Redline’s booth (4D14) at CommunicAsia 2006 in Singapore from June 20 to 23.
